Our aim is to make the website design process as easy as possible for you, and to get the job done on time and to your satisfaction.
To help you understand the process here is an outline of how we go about it:
Fill in the enquiry form and we will email you a quote based on your stated requirements. If you would like to discuss the website over the phone then please give us a call.
When the price and specifications are agreed a deposit of 30% is required.
We will send you a design checklist to get as much specific information as possible so we can create a design that you are happy with.
At this stage we need to know what the page headings will be and some copy for the home page – this copy can be altered later but we need to get a good idea of what you want to communicate on the first page.
A design will be created and posted to a test site for you to see. If you are not happy with the design one more design will be created or minor changes made to the original design. Usually we get it right first time! At this stage we need all the remaining content – text, photos etc. and another payment of 30% is required.
The rest of the website will be put together
We register your domain name unless you already have a domain name, in which case this step is omitted.
Web space and email accounts are set up and instructions are given to you on how to access the email.
The website will be put on a test site for you to have a final review. Any tweaks to content can be done at this point but ideally the copy you provided earlier will be complete.
The final remaining payment will be required at this stage.
The website goes live!
