Email bounces:

There has recently been problems with email getting returned. This can be avoided by using the out-going mail server provided by your Internet Service Provider rather than your hosting account mail server.

To do this

1. Click here for a list of the most common Internet Service Providers.

2. Locate your ISP and copy the information from the 2nd column (SMTP setting - Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)

3. Go to Outlook/Outlook Express and open your accounts.

4. Double click on the account and click on the settings (server tabs in Outlook Express).

5. Paste the new SMTP setting in the box Outgoing Mail (SMTP). If the "My Server Requires Authentication" is ticked, remove the tick.

6. Test by sending an email. If it does not send try ticking "My Server Requires Authentication".
