The price includes your own domain name such as www.joneshousesale.co.uk.

The website would remain online for 1 year or until you sell the house. If you haven’t sold the house after a year you can keep the website online for an additional £35.00.

Compare the above price to estate agent fees and you’ll see how much you can save by going down the DIY route of house selling. Or having a website in conjunction with what an Estate Agent is doing will only add to the chances of your house being sold. Either way it's a win-win situation!
